Flavoured Mediterranean Salt
Our salts are collected from the salt marshes of the Mediterranean.
We combine them with original mixes of spices and flavours, to ensure that they gradually become imbued with the scent of the plants.		Our salts yield up all their flavours in the cooking water used for vegetables, pasta and rice. They can also be used on meat or on slices of fresh tomato, or as a salt crust for meat and fish roasted in the oven.
