Our herbs are grown in Provence, where they grow best in the sun and the wind, ensuring they retain all their aromatic strength.				Use with grilled fish, meat and vegetables or in stock.
After being picked the plants are dried and crushed with care to preserve the hundreds of essential oils containing their delicate scents.
