- Organic oils : made from fruit grown without the use of artificial pesticides or chemical fertilizer, pressed gently in a single cold press.

The oils are extra virgin, meaning that they do not undergo any kind of chemical treatment: they are merely filtered to retain their beautiful clearness and ensure their quality.
Use in cooking, hot or cold. |

- “Pure fruit” oils :olive, grape seed, walnut, hazelnut oils….. Each oil contains nutriments that are essential for dietary balance and health. We recommend alternating various oils to balance intake of essential fatty acids and vitamins.
Use the oils on all types of salad (chicory, green beans), in dressings or drizzled onto cheese and deserts.

- Flavoured oils : these oils are flavoured by maceration. They are hand-finished with bunches of Provence herbs placed in the bottle.
The oils can be used to flavour many different dishes: drizzle onto fresh pasta, mixed salads, grilled meat and fish or use for original-style fondues.

- AOC or variety olive oils : made using highly specific olive varieties (Tanches, Salonenques, Beruguettes…), grown and harvested in Provence, our oils contain all the flavours of the region …. |
