We choose the best olives from throughout the Mediterranean region, but mainly from Provence, and we sell them plain or flavoured.

 


 

Essential with an aperitif, our olives are prepared as olives should be.

Real skill is needed for preparation, to sublimate the taste of the olive and the special flavours of each variety, whilst retaining their crunchy texture and beautiful colour.
