2 July 2007: Soléou creates a new group with Agroazur |

Soléou purchased Agroazur, a company specialising in fresh olives of different flavours and the leading player on the French market. Soléou completed its first external growth operation since the arrival of Dominique AMIRAULT in 2003.
"Our partnership with Agroazur will further enrich our product ranges and is in harmony with our strategy of promoting authenticity, naturalness and flavour. At the same time, we are emerging on the cold cabinet shelves too,” celebrates the chairman of the new group, Dominique AMIRAULT, clearly stating his wish to follow up on other external growth opportunities.
