Vallée des Baux AOC Olive oil
Ideal drizzled over salad and salad vegetables, this oil can also be used to flavour cooked dishes subtly. Olive oil is the basis of the Mediterranean diet and of all southern preparations and dishes.
Five olive varieties are used to produce this oil: salonenque, beruguette, verdale, grossane and picholine. This is a mild, very fine oil with a green fruit flavour.
