Hazelnut oil
Hazelnut oil combines with Sherry vinegar to create subtle dressings. Drizzle over a starter, avocado or fish and poultry when cooking is completed, to enhance the taste. This oil can also be used to replace butter in short biscuits, yoghurt cakes or pancake mixture.
