Truffle flavoured Oil

Truffle flavoured oil flavours potato purées, pasta, rice and omelettes wonderfully well. When combined with garlic just a few drops are enough to bring out its flavour in a dressing. For end of year festivities the oil goes very well with capon or veal.

Soléou has tempered the intense flavour of olive oil with grape seed oil. This fruity base exalts the taste of the truffle in this very distinctive oil.
