Le vinaigre de Jerez Soléou s'utilise pour cuisiner du poisson ou des volailles comme les magrets et foies gras.. Il s'associe parfaitement à l'huile de noix ou de noisette pour des vinaigrettes au goût très fin. Soléou Sherry vinegar is used for cooking fish or poultry, such as fillets and also foie gras. It combines perfectly with walnut or hazelnut oil to create dressings with a subtle flavour.                                                                                                                       
The unique production process involves ageing in oak casks, for a characteristic flavour.
