Red Wine Vinegar matured with Shallots



Très parfumé, le vinaigre de vin rouge affiné aux échalotes assaisonne les salades et déglace les viandes rouges.Very flavourful, the red wine vinegar matured with shallots seasons salads and is used to deglaze red meats.                                                                                                               
The vinegar is less acid thanks to the shallot maceration which enriches it with delicate flavours
