There have been three major stages in Soléou's history
|
|
In 2006, Soleillou became SOLEOU (meaning sun in Provençal), focusing on sales in both the retail and foodservice markets.
Our objective is to satisfy consumer expectations for tasty products that are authentic, natural and healthy, contrary to standardised industrial products.

1965-1989: the origins of Provençal style
Mme Chassagne, a genuine pioneer in Provençal style, produced all sorts of recipes that she marketed in fine delicatessens in France and overseas.

1989-2003: developing sales
Mme Guerraz gave Soleillou a new lease of life with a new production site. Conforming to the current quality standards, it meant greater quantities could be produced. The company could now work with major distributors, particularly high-end and premium distributing brands |

2003-today: development of the SOLEOU label in France and for export overseas

In 2003, the new Chairman Dominique Amirault focused on setting our products apart from the mass marketed industrial goods, through development of our innovation and marketing. |
